Therefore we are looking for a strong leader with vision on Cleanliness and Defectivity to guide the CCT, interact with our sites in order to strengthen our cleanliness & defectivity capabilities worldwide. Job Description

In relation to our assembly and manufacturing, we have our in-house cleaning streets and metrology equipment. We actively cooperate with external cleaning parties and steer our suppliers with respect to clean parts we require. However, there is always room for improvement. Only if we can stay on top of latest development, we can be best in class.

As driver/protagonist of the defectivity and cleanliness roadmap, you formulate and regularly update this roadmap. The translation into actionable plans is important step. You align with the manufacturing and assembly sites on their current defectivity and cleanliness challenges and activities, and you contribute to their plans to resolve any bottlenecks on way-of-working, metrology, and cleaning methods. You understand the defectivity and cleanliness challenges related to supply chains and you incorporate these in your roadmap and plans. You drive the execution of the defectivity and cleanliness plans, either directly or via project managers.

In cooperation with sales and technology you have a view on future requirements of our customers and implement this in the roadmap. If needed, you directly interact with our customers expertise centers. The needs, capacity and capability of the Cleanliness Competence Team is under constant discussion with the relevant internal resource managers. Progress on your roadmap and plans will be shared regularly with active stakeholders, such as CTO, D&E managers, heads of sites and other competence managers.

This job may require regular travel to our sites in the Netherlands, Czech Republic and China. (estimated about one trip per month)


Job Requirements

Being an experienced project / program manager, you know how to effectively plan, execute and check large complex business projects. You understand stakeholder management in a matrix organization and know how to organize commitment for your plans. Leading a team of people who are not your direct reports comes natural to you. You are able to switch between helicopter view, long-term plans on one hand, and quick and pragmatic solutions and implementations the other.

We expect to find our ideal candidate to roughly match the following hard criteria:

  • You have a master or equivalent by experience in mechanical engineering, physics, or chemistry;
  • You have at least 6 years of working experience in the high-tech industry of which at least 3 years in a function or projects within defectivity and cleanliness domain;
  • You are familiar with common defectivity and cleanliness methods and metrology in the semicon industry;
  • Fluent in English, preferably good in Dutch.
