You make the impossible possible 

As Business Development Manager, you are the first contact in Central & Eastern Europe and DACH business for NTS Group. Customers/OEM's, key technology providers and other key players get to know you as the go-to person in our markets (Semicon, Analytical and Human healthcare Markets . You have access to develop and maintain a good working relation with all executive/senior technical DMUs at the customers and have a good understanding as to what their decision criteria are. Your main responsibility is to create and foster leads in Central and Eastern Europe and DACH regions. You hand over the leads to account management once there is a strong indication of an upcoming request for information / quotation. You translate the value proposition into relevant local market communication. You organize and participate in conferences, trade shows and workshops. You build up knowledge on relevant technology trends and customer technical roadmaps and provides that knowledge to the NTS competence and technology roadmap. You report to the Chief Commercial Officer at our Headquarters in Eindhoven. Your primary base is our office and site in Brno (CZ). Living in the CZ area is a plus. As Business Development Manager it’s your drive to become better and better and make the impossible possible together. 


You have it in you

  • You have a technical background on academic level 
  • You have been active in a commercial/technical role at a mechatronics OEM or supplier for the last 10 years 
  • You have experience in a commercial role 
  • You have great communication skills and speak and write English and German on professional level (Czech is a big plus)
