You make the impossible possible
As an Account manager you will have the responsibility for a set of (international) accounts, ranging from large OEMs to scale-ups. Your main tasks are: (new) business development, product portfolio management and pricing and reporting. You own the execution of the plan to maximize commercial opportunities including contract management. You are the primary contact for your customers and operate at multiple levels. You are continuously developing insights in the customer's market developments and strategic directions and engage with a wide stake-holder group. You execute projects and programs to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. You also get to organize and maintain the communications and governance structure of the partnership with the customer. You define a joint product roadmap following the customer's and NTS strategy, which translates into a customer program of activities. You drive the definition and progress of new projects and you are the point of escalation for internal counterparts. You are responsible for the preparation of quotes and decisions to prepare and issue a quote, including business modeling, cost reviews and business cases. As an Account manager you want to become better and better and make the impossible possible together.
You have it in you
- You have a Bachelor or Academic degree, MBA is preferred
- You have a minimum of 3 years of working experience at High Tech companies
- You drive customer satisfaction as the leading indicator for business results
- You have a strong, proven track record in financial management (business cases, accounting)
- You are a leader with personal effectiveness to deal with complex situations
- You communicate effectively at all levels in the organization, including C-level
- You have great communication skills and can speak and write in Dutch and English, German and/or French is desirable
- You are capable of structuring product portfolios from all commercial aspects
You are a leader with excellent influencing skills
You are an Account Manager with experience. You drive customer satisfaction, and you are a natural leader with excellent influencing skills. You are a connector. You want to achieve the highest possible for clients and become better and better.
