Another important aspect is managing IT outsourcing partners including the service desk. Finally, you will manage the decentralised (worldwide) local IT service points and lead central periodic consultation.

With your extensive experience as Operations Manager, you are the ideal person to manage IT suppliers in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness of their services and to include them in our growth strategy and future. This involves regular coordination regarding technical issues, delivery times, overruns, quality, etc. You will report to the Global IT Manager, but you will also maintain close contacts with others within the organisation.
