Tjarko Bouman to succeed Marc Hendrikse as the CEO of the NTS-Group

Tjarko Bouman (49, photo) will become the CEO of the NTS-Group in Eindhoven on 1 August 2020. He will succeed the current CEO, Marc Hendrikse, who will leave the group on the same date.

Tjarko Bouman has extensive experience of international business and industry in general and the high-tech industry in particular. After graduating from Erasmus University Rotterdam with a degree in Business Administration, he worked for a number of companies, in various consulting and management positions. In his previous role, at Vanderlande, he was responsible for the Warehousing and Parcel business in large parts of Europe and Asia, including Sales, Engineering, Project Realisation & Delivery and Services & Maintenance. Tjarko has extensive transition and growth-related experience, combined with a clear customer focus. His track record makes him a well-qualified addition to the NTS-Group in this current development phase.

The Supervisory Board and the shareholder - the Wintermans family of entrepreneurs - believe that Tjarko is the right person to lead NTS through a phase in which the development of distinctive and strategic customer propositions will be key, while also realizing manageable growth. They have every confidence that NTS will be able to utilise its sustainable growth potential under his leadership.

Tjarko Bouman is married and has two children.
