NTS Botech
NTS Botech is a high-tech company that specializes in designing, manufacturing and assembling of high precision machine components and sub-assemblies (co-makership). We have over 30 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and assembling (natural) granite, metal components, carbon-fibres, ceramics and combinations of these.
NTS Botech is fully equipped with an extensive manufacturing facility, containing numerous advanced CNC-machine centers for a large range of products.
Product sizes can vary from small to very large: up to 2,5 x 7 meters in one piece!
In four climatized production and assembling areas the last phase of the manufacturing process is being executed. Here, electronic levels, autocollimators, laserinterferometers and 3D-CMM's are used to achieve the ultimate accuracy of the products. By doing so, a flatness up to 0,001 mm per m2 can be achieved.
Components and assemblies that require extreme specifications are produced in cleanroom conditions at NTS Botech.
The products and modules that NTS Botech designs and manufactures are used in numerous applications, where accuracy and stability is requested. In combination with air-bearing techniques very accurate and frictionless guiding systems can be developed.
Our products are used in various types of industry, e.g. semicon, graphics, machine-building and measurement equipment.
