Developer of mechatronic prototypes

NTS Systence is the company in the NTS-Group that is specialized in the engineering, integration, realisation and service support of prototypes and small series of complex mechatronic systems. By handling the ‘prototype’ and ‘pilot-run’ phases, NTS Systence occupies a unique position in the process of development from idea to series production.

We focus on both the development and production of precision mechanical and plastic components, electric cables and control cabinets. Quality and speed are extremely important to our customers and our strength. In order to offer its customers a complete one-stop-shopping solution, we also provide customers with mechanical, software and electrical hardware engineering staff on a secondment basis.

Close collaboration produces practical benefits
NTS Systence carries out projects in close collaboration with its customers. The NTS Systence project methodology includes various milestones and review moments to ensure the customer remains well informed throughout the entire process. By maintaining its own precision mechanical and electrical engineering model shop, NTS Systence is able to carry out projects completely internally: the true one-stop-shopping principle. This supplies benefits for clients in many ways such as practical manufacturability and significantly shorter lead times.

Electrical hardware and software engineering
NTS Systence is also specialised in the engineering and assembly of electrical cabinets, modules and cabling. Furthermore, we assume responsibility for control solutions for high-tech equipment and we have in-depth knowledge of sensors, motion and fieldbus systems. Our engineers can program PC, PLC and Scada software.

Competences

NTS Systence is specialised in multidisciplinary engineering and production within the specialist disciplines mechatronics, fine mechanics, electro-mechanics, electrical/electronic and control software. Final applications that incorporate work performed at NTS Systence include systems for measuring, testing, wafer handling and precision positioning.

Electrical and precision mechanical engineering, soldering and (vacuum) welding department
NTS Systence has its own electrical manufacturing and assembly department. The electrical cabling and control cabinets are built in an ESD-safe environment.

NTS Systence also has an extensive array of machinery which our skilled professionals use to produce precision mechanical engineering (metal and plastic) turned and milled parts. Our soldering and (vacuum) welding department is equipped with a helium leak tester. We assess parts for which we can issue test reports in our climate-controlled quality department.
